Welcome To This
Weeks One Card Reflection
For Week Ending July 27 2008
THIS WEEKS REFLECTION IS THE QUEEN OF CUPS
FROM THE RIDER WAITE SMITH TAROT DECK
Card Description:
" Listening To Intuition "

This week focuses on listening to our intuitive self.
We need to understand our hidden emotions in order to bring
the unseen or unknown emotions to the surface in order to let them go.
It is now time to heal past any wounds so that we may move forward towards new feelings and emotions.
In order to understand our inner selves, old patterns should be acknowledged and past mistakes must be forgiven.
It is not important to know or understand the source of old regrets, just simply accept that they are there
and are a part of our growth process, forgive them and let the waters of emotion take them out with the tide.
This is a week of emotional healing and self love.

Keywords: Emotional security, compassion, unlocking inner emotions.

Hope this week brings self love and inner forgiveness.
" Hidden Emotions "

All queens are the element of water (emotions) and the suit of cups also represents
the element of water so this is a very emotional and loving queen.
In numerology all queens are represented by the number four which is the number of security and structure.
In this card we see a beautiful queen, she sits on a concrete throne to show her fortitude.
Her throne is decorated with seashells and water nymphs (mermaids).
She is seated by the oceans edge on a sandy beach.
She is dressed in white and blue to show her sensitivity and knowledge of universal love.
In her hands she holds a beautiful golden covered chalice which is decorated with angels
to represent her inner goodness and love for all people.
She stares into the closed chalice whose
contents are not to be seen by all because it is linked with the spirit.
She represents love, tenderness and sharing.
This is a card of emotions.
This Weeks Reflection:
"The Past is a treasure to be cherished forever,
today is the
Present that we unwrap moment by moment,
the
Future is the gift we create from those treasures.

In the end, it is not just the gift that is important,
it is the thought we put into choosing the right present that truly matters."

"Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice;
it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved."
